Handhelds never have worked!
We bought two handhelds when we first opened our restaurant... During the first year of operations we had to request Toast to change them in 3 different times... It’s already been a year now and the handhelds are out of warranty and we still are having issues with the equipment and Toast expects me to buy new ones! Toast is offering us 75% discount (why should I have to pay for new equipment when they have always been faulty$

Very easy to navigate!!
Very easy to navigate!! The software is very easy to use, incredibly efficient in our restaurant, and has increased server tips given the customizeable suggested gratuity options. So glad we made the switch, especially with how helpful Toast Support is. 100% recommend!!!

Issues with future orders
Since we are a bakery, vs made-to-order restaurant, many orders are done day(s) in advance to secure certain products. If we have already sold out of an item on the day the order is placed, it is out of stock and not available for any future orders. We bake fresh every morning, and we miss out on orders! Please help....

We have had a great experience using the on line ordering for the past 2 years. Our customers love it, and they know when the stop up to pick up they can come to the 2nd window and not need to stand in line.

Definitely needing some improvement in areas. One issue I've tried to get fixed is initially, a customer is given the option to place their order more than 24 hours in advance but the system will only accept an order for less than 24 hours past the current time. The problem is a customer has now wasted time putting in what they wanted and all the payment info to be told afterward that they cant place their order yet.
