5 stars for the software

5 stars for the software, hardware 1 star. Card readers on hand held units are horrible, they break after a while and Toast doesn’t realce them and stand behind their product. This needs to change, if the card readers go bad they should be replaced at no charge. We pay enough monthly to have that warrantied. Call me anytime. Gus Barbosa 512-593-9654

Highly recommend Toast

Toast reps are always there immediately when we need them. Their system works great for us. We are very happy using Toast. We reviewed other pos systems that were much higher priced and chose Toast and they fit outlr needs perfectly.

Awful customer service.

The customer service is the absolute worst. Took a month to close my account and who knows how many hours I spent on the phone trying to do so. I even had to stop payment via my bank since they kept trying to charge me. The beginning of this year it took over a month to get new hardware shipped correctly resulting in me losing thousands of dollars (The handheld credit readers constantly break or quit working). Toast fired my area rep without notice and he had a $500 credit he was going to ...

Your support was great before civid-19 , Now I can't get any support or answers to my questions. I've spoken three times to supply trying to get contacless payment for my stores as the current situation required that we offer that. I've signed a contract for purchase but have yet to receive the items I've paid for.
