We did not have a good experience AGAIN
We did not have a good experience from the time we signed the documents until install was complete and we are STILL missing equipment and no response from Brett Lang our sales rep, which our installer even spoke to about the issue. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AGAIN!

Horrible Customer service!
I have been contacting toast since mid april. The "team" I was assigned never called back. I've called multiple times and told representative the issue, asking for a new team, anyone at all really. I was told I would get a call. Now whenever I call from our business line it goes straight to voicemail. I cant get anyone to call me back or email. Horrible customer service. Should I assume the product is also a piece of crap because the customer representative's are??

This company sells their client’s customer’s emails. Within 24 hours of signing up my email was flooded with spam email. 10-20 every 24 hours.If you value your customers do not use this service.

This company is garbage
This company is garbage. Happy to take your money without providing customer service. They have no desire to resolve issues. They are just an entity designed to take money and that's all! And if there is a problem, good luck getting your money back

Called to buy a monitor
I called Toast over a week ago because we would like to buy a smaller KDS monitor and I was told my representative (who I have no clue who they are since Mike Fishman left) would call me so we can set up the purchase. I need a new monitor can’t the person who answers your phone take my very simple order.... I still need this ASAP.... please call me!!!
