Toast has been immensely supportive during a very difficult time for our business. Even before this I would've given Toast five stars, based on their customer service, specifically all the people who have helped me over the chat function.

We have contacted Toast regarding changes to the point of sale and modifier distribution. The POS problem is critical to us. The modifier problem is tolerable at the moment. Otherwise, it’s a good product and we are satisfied. Thank you

Customer support
I have been happy with the hardware component of Toast. As of the last 3-4 months, the quality of support has significantly declined. We have had to purchase some additional equipment (Another Toast tablet and a Toast contactless card reader) and it has taken weeks to get a response from the sales department. When we did get a response, we were informed that there have been significant staff reductions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I understand that these are difficult times, but the last ...

We have been so grateful for the dynamic updates happening to give us the tools we need as the current situation unfolds. Great job! We are using contactless payments and we love it. Especially given the short time frame, we have been impressed with the fast innovation.
