I have a 15” monitor that I have been waiting for, for close to 10 days. Now I’m told it is going to cost me, close to $1000.00 for the new one. I was emailed that it was going to be overnighted to me 6 days ago. I’m losing business at this point. This is unacceptable!

The functionality is great but we have…
The functionality is great but we have had a number of problems with the tech. Additionally the delay in depositing cash from the take the night before is frustrating. And I’d like to see separate deposits for sales tax which I requested in the past. The take out functionality is good but the page layout could be improved

After using micros for 7 years and…
After using micros for 7 years and digital dining before that, Toast is far superior than I had ever imagined, I was nervous to change to a cloud base, but I am so glad I did, toast offers so much more, the customer service is great, patience and knowledgeable, it is user friendly. and they are constantly adding features, with the covid pandemic, we added online ordering right away, it was so easy to do. Toast customer service remains…
Toast customer service remains excellent during challenging times. Yes the wait is a little longer then it used to be but with the ability to leave my number and wait for a call back I dont have a problem waiting
