The program is amazing but the customer service is not.
The program is amazing as well as the customer service I received for well over a year. After Toast Covid layoffs, a different rep was transferred to me and frankly the amazing level of customer service has fallen off a cliff. After never getting an introduction, I’ve reached out multiple times and have yet to hear back. I don’t care how busy someone is, that’s horrible service.

Easy and convenient
Easy to use cloud base POS you can control it from anywhere at anytime. Been in retail for about 18 years, Toast is the easiest Pos system that I have used.

Excellent POS, features are great, but equipment is expensive. Great for self installers.

This was the easiest transition into a new software I have ever had. Such great support from beginning to end of installation. They Covid hit and they were generous and supportive through the most trying times.
