The program is amazing but the customer service is not.

The program is amazing as well as the customer service I received for well over a year. After Toast Covid layoffs, a different rep was transferred to me and frankly the amazing level of customer service has fallen off a cliff. After never getting an introduction, I’ve reached out multiple times and have yet to hear back. I don’t care how busy someone is, that’s horrible service.

Such an easy POS system to use. Customer service has always been quick and efficient! Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their POS systems!

I've been extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the Toast team, in helping us go from installation to usage. Since had more complicated requirements, they also assigned us a specialist to ensure everything when smoothly through the entire implementation. It's night and day from our previous POS system, which shall go unnamed--I'll just say we did not revel in their version of customer support.

I have been in business for 17 years

I have been in business for 17 years, and patiently waited for a user-friendly, cost-effective system and Toast is it. Set up is easy (the first several days are hectic once introduced to employees and you will need to make adjustments to user-end, but that's expected). I like the fact that there is a minimum monthly affordable fee for automatic updates too. There are no hidden costs.
