We love Toast
We love Toast! It is the ideal POS system for our speakeasy bar. Very easy and intuitive to use. We had very few technical issues since we started using it about a year ago. The technical support team is knowledgeable and always available to help. One of the best things for us was their ability to recently create a very fast cocktails-to-go program platform after the shutdown, giving us the ability to use the same portal for curbside pickup/home delivery, for a seamless experience.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they try to find it. I am very much pleased with the service I receive from Toast and their help during the Covid-19 business shutdown. Thank you!

ongoing good support for the TOAST functionality and excellent reach out to us with other support (online ordering, marketing etc) during this very difficult time I like the Trustpilot presentation -- any pointer from you on how to use this or a similar tool?

Easy to use
Easy to use. Toast basically set everything up for me. If I ever have an issue, it is expedited over the phone in minutes. I have had no problems as of this date.

Pretty Pleased.
Pretty Pleased. I like the ease of use back of house for management and the available option to make changes from my phone when I am not at the restaurant. Customer Service is usually easy to get a hold of and they handled our covid shutdown issues with positive assistance.
