still happy - support needs some improvement

Overall a good system, still lacking some fundamentals

Changing over to Toast has overall been a good experience. There are still some fundamental things that need to be integrated, as those are resolved it will become a fantastic product.

Overall a great POS

For the most part everything is great! Have had a few delays in implementation team not responding or saying they will get back to you about something and never do. Overall a great POS with a few kinks to work out.

The customer service line takes too…

The customer service line takes too long to answer. When you are busy and you have to sit on the phone waiting to get the option for someone to call you back. Give the option immediately to have someone call us back so that we can get back to work.
