I recommend TOAST to every restaurant…

I recommend TOAST to every restaurant in Ocean City, MD. I’ve even demo in my restaurant for many any in this town. Toast had made are restaurant so much more efficient. It’s a great POS system.

The Best

Incredibly easy to use and intuitive platform. Online ordering has saved our restaurant during the pandemic and we don't have to worry about juggling several different inventories. Very knowledgable 24-hour assistance and web archive as resources for problem-solving.

Overall a good system, still lacking some fundamentals

Changing over to Toast has overall been a good experience. There are still some fundamental things that need to be integrated, as those are resolved it will become a fantastic product.

For the most part everything is great! Have had a few delays in implementation team not responding or saying they will get back to you about something and never do. Overall a great POS with a few kinks to work out.

still happy - support needs some improvement

i still consider toast to be the best, most user friendly POS that i've worked with in my 8 years in the service industry. however, i understand that some furloughs have probably been necessary with the pandemic. this has caused what used to be a stellar system with no robots into a system where i have to navigate through a lot of faqs and chatbots. i understand most questions can be answered through articles, but if i'm making the effort to call or chat, it means i've already exhausted ...
