I Love Toast
Toast is very user friendly and customer service is immaculate. I use Toast now for my current restaurant and will use them for my upcoming restaurant as well.

I really like it.
I really think toast was the best I could choose for my business POS system. Easy to understand. All reports are quick access. Adding items and deleting are a piece of cake. I trained my whole staff and no one has problems with it. It’s not cheap but is really good.

Starting to wonder where the customer service is at...
Starting to wonder where the customer support service is at with Toast. It is seeming that Toast is getting weaker and perhaps we need to begin preparing to look for another POS system? We have experienced numerous difficulties in dealing with service and the human assistance and work side of things. Jason Longo, thankfully, has seemingly been our only hope to get service and help but it’s clear he is being restricted and limited; ie furloughed and seems to have limited hours. Thank you. We ...

Love how much easier the user, just a few drawbacks
Love how much easier the user experience for Toast is (vs. our old Micros system)...interactive, easy to understand/troubleshoot, a lot of helpful tools available online. Only improvement I could suggest, being one that comes from a financial/marketing reporting background...I wish their were more options for report options, more so would be great if there was an easier way to export even just the raw data into excel. Onus for analysis should fall to us, not to you, but if we had that raw ...
