Won’t be using this app again
Won’t be using this app again. Used it twice. The default is to have it save your credit card information. Remembered to uncheck it the first time but not last night. Almost 2,000$ in fraudulent credit card transactions this morning with this app being the only uncommon purchase. Hmm....Thanks for stealing my favorite credit card information toast app! Grrr.....

Avg POS tool - 3 Must Fixes
Avg pos tool but 3 fundamental flaws - 1) calculate tip using before tax amount; you just don't tip on tax, 2) add an option to allow the user to just enter a tip amount and 3) for goodness sake, ditch the required email address. I just want to pay the bill. I do not want to sign up for someone's marketing garbage. These are simple developmental fixes. It's time to up your game.

Toast is an All-in-One POS perfect for any restaurant!
PROS: All-in-one POS system allows credit card processing, inventory management, scheduling, budgeting, menu tracking. CONS: More reactive updating, building systems that are better not bigger

Toast is a game changer!
PROS: Customer support has always been amazing! I do not have to use them a lot because the system is very easy to learn. CONS: Literally nothing.

Horrible
If i can give 0 star i would. I owned i lot of restaurants and i used to have revel Pos. My biggest mistake in my restaurant career was switching to toast. In this pandemic i did get my second toast lease on february 2019 before covid and than covid hit i never opened my restaurant or used toast but they are asking me 8k for canceling my membership. Covid -19 every business helped each other and this company is taking advantage of the situation. I offered to pay the hardware and cancel the ...
