Customer service is great! POS is great! I’m a new restaurant owner and they have made everything super easy to use and if I can’t figure it out, I call and get the help I need to figure it out. I highly recommend Toast!

Love it!!
Toast is an amazing POS system to have; it is very user friendly and the back end for reports is awesome! Toast has had it's ups and downs due to the pandemic with staffing, however, we all have! That is the only negative I have with Toast is trying to get questions answered.

I would recommend Toast to anyone
I would recommend Toast to anyone. I run the operations for 4 restaurants and use Toast in all of them. I've used multiple other platforms and there aren't any that compare with how easy it is to operate and even install!

Best way to order
It is very user friendly. Simple yet has many features to order. One of my favorite features is the estimated time delivery. This is such a great ordering service that it encourages me to order from places.

It leaks credit cards
I'm 100% sure my credit card info leaked from this app. It's literally the only app in the last week that got my card info and the same day, that specific card had fraudulent charges. Luckily my bank caught it the night of, but sorry to all the restaurants that rely on it: I am never ordering from you again until you change your system.

Won’t be using this app again
Won’t be using this app again. Used it twice. The default is to have it save your credit card information. Remembered to uncheck it the first time but not last night. Almost 2,000$ in fraudulent credit card transactions this morning with this app being the only uncommon purchase. Hmm....Thanks for stealing my favorite credit card information toast app! Grrr.....
