Great POS System !
Easy to use and work with . Switching and adding items takes just a few minutes and can be done from a phone app or computer.

Sales was to email me within 24 hours…
Sales was to email me within 24 hours and it has now been four days. I had to call Toast wait on hold and I was told they did not email me but they would today. your customer service has dropped tremendously since I first signed up with Toast three years ago. Not happy. Toast makes a lot of money on credit card sales I expect better than this thank you.

No driver ever shown to pick up my food, and nobody ever called me to tell me until the restaurant did and they were closed. Definitely deleting this app.

Your customer care center and personal…
Your customer care center and personal touch, ( which is the whole reason I went with toast) has gone to the crapper. When ever I call now all i get i my problrm reread to me word for word then put on hold just to be roated to some call center with so much back ground noise from other people on the phone that i feel like Im trying to buy stock from Leo Decapria from the movie Wolf of Wall Street.

Doesn't work with ApplePay
ToastTab doesn't work properly with ApplePay. If a customer has entered a 5+4 zip code in their street address in ApplePay it works just fine with most payment systems.ToastTab fails the transaction with "Invalid Address". No other feedback is provided. What a POS!
