I was not able to get our handheld…

I was not able to get our handheld devices to connect to internet. Toast rep worked on it and solved the problem very quickly. We were able to use them immediately. Thank you for finding the problem/solution to keep us up and running.

The absolute worst customer service…

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Impossible to understand. They had no clue what they were doing or how to solve my problem. I had to Google search everything myself and found out better answers than anything a paid tech could give me. This was not the first time I used Toast customer service and both times they couldn’t give me a solid answer. The tech guy didn’t even know what location I was in and said I was still in test mode even though payments are going through and ...
