The kitchen display screens and getting…

The kitchen display screens and getting rid of physical tickets has been a complete game changer for me. I believe we get food out 8 to 10 miutes faster on a Friday night I love it I don’t know how we did it without the screens. The handhelds are another awesome part of the puzzle

Overcharged...

I'll never use this app to pay my bill again. I had a bill of approximately 100.00 that I scanned but later when I checked my receipt other items had been added to a total of 150.00. never ever ever will I use this again. Never, just be warned

PROS: Keeps us organized and works the kinks out all on its own CONS: The learning curve is problematic for some and the fact that there is not enough practice time before it goes live

Toast is the future

PROS: Master menu management makes my life easy. To make one change and have it reflect on all stores saves hours. CONS: Does not disallow clock in using Ctuit schedules yet.

Shady sales practices

In my email exchanges and phone calls with the sales agent, I clearly indicated that access to the Toast API was very important to me. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. What they didn't tell me (until after I signed the contract) is that it would cost $3,600 to access their API. I responded to the sales agent afterward to let them know I was disappointed that they didn't share the information with me. I never received a response - I would have accepted an apology at the least. Maybe go ...
