It'd be great if I could every customer…
It'd be great if I could every customer service to call us back we have many issues that all we need to do is talk to somebody in customer service no one ever calls his back then we get calls from somebody in India or something saying that the equipment we have is not authorized and counterfeit but it's the equipment they sold us

Toast network down and Customer care is no help!
Toast pushed an update on mid July on a Friday night before my busiest day of the week. The update caused my Cisco router to not be able to obtain an IP address from my Modem. I had to bypass the entire Toast secure network to get my POS to work. My kitchen printer still doesn’t work so orders are being written down manually! I’ve called Toast multiple times and spent hours on the phone, chatted with tech support multiple times and was told a ticket would be put in with toast networking. ...

It's a very good system but...
It's a very good system, but they can't get the billing right. the original order for equipment and services was was wrong. we got the equiment par corrected but still can't get the billing right. I'm still being charged for one peice of equiment and one service that I don't have or use. you could have had a 5 star rating but billing is important.

Our New Toast System
PROS: This Point Of Sale System is so user friendly. It takes very little time to learn and literally walks you through each part of a guest's order. As long as the owner takes the time in the beginning with menu design, you will have very few if any issues.
