Best I’ve Used

PROS: It provides a clean UI with a lot of different options for customization. CONS: There are some small finicky bits that still cause trouble. Like user permissions.

Toast has been amazing. From sales to install to tech help everyone has been wonderful.

PROS: Easy to train new employees. And sales tracking is superb. CONS: Haven't hahad any problems yet. Would like to be able to use any android device such as my own smart phone

Great POS

PROS: The fact it is cloud based - you can access it anywhere and have real time data. CONS: Sometimes the servers are offline - as with anything with technology there are draw backs. However they have a solution to this with offline mode which works great.

May be Touch Bistro is better...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use to have Micros for our POS system. Did a switch to Toast in late 2017 had it about 1 year. The hardware of Toast is more advance. The screen is slimmer than Micros. Also the tablet is amazing. The cloud base is also really nice because I can check the sale for any of my locations on my phone.

Let me 1st start..I love the toast…

Let me 1st start..I love the toast system. Would not change..but kitchen printer went down..on the 20th called toast to order a new one..we now the 30th to be told that the service side cannot handle the expedite side of things its out of there hand...BUT THEN..to be told I can just go to Toast shop and order it..which I finally did and have to pay extra $153..over night fee...so botyon line not happy about the service side..

The reps are not knowledgeable to help…

The reps are not knowledgeable to help the customers. We call because we need help but yet many of the reps don’t know what’s going on and they put you on hold and come back with no solution and then put you back again on hold forever and still can’t figure out what’s going on
