We have been using their services since…2017

We have been using their services since 2017 and they have a quality product especially if you lose power. Their back up system allows for the system to continue to place orders and hold credit cards until power comes back on. The first time that happens you think the product pays for itself. The reason i give 2 stars is once you have signed the contract you are on your own. Don't count on your sales rep to help. Don't count on customer support then know very little. Smoke and Mirrors

I have been trying to set this system up since June...it is now October. I was promised U.S. based support (false), I was promised my unused gift cards could be uploaded by my onboarding specialist (false), I was promised it would be so easy and had great reporting (false). I spend 2-6 hours per week trying to get things to work correctly. Their servers fairly often do updates during working hours and my business is at a stand still. Best I’ve Used

PROS: It provides a clean UI with a lot of different options for customization. CONS: There are some small finicky bits that still cause trouble. Like user permissions.
