The customer service is the worst

The customer service is the worst. No one can ever actually do anything - we've been over billed for about $1000, never can talk to someone in the billing department. Never can talk to anyone with any answers.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Kyle is the 4th representative in 2 years and is unable to do anything. They are now holding over 4000.00 in deposits and will not respond to emails or phone calls. Beware and stay away!!!

I have been working on the service industry for the last 20 years in New York City.I open my new place the last weekend. Scan Code on receipts & comped numbers.

I don’t like the big scan code on the receipts. All it does is waist paper! Please take it off! Also, at end of night, it shows how many guests have been served on the reports. But when it shows comped … it only shows the number of ticks comped. It should show how many meals were comped!!!!

ONLINE ordering not working correctly

Seems like a very robust tool, support has been there and trying to help, seems steady, UNFORTUNATELY online ordering is not working correctly for us... I've been dealing with the situation for a week and after multiple phone calls is still not working...
