I still hope to one day like or love Toast. Thus far it’s been mostly frustrating, very expensive, & disappointing. I’m so far mainly grateful that I only signed one restaurant up instead of all three.

i do like Toast very much and i would…

i do like Toast very much and i would definitely recommend this to others. i just find it sometimes annoying sometimes when it won't let me get into the program, and other times it acts like the program shut down, and i can't get to that specific day. i have to log out and go back in. but overall i do enjoy working in toast and use it everyday.

Originally signed up with D CRS out of…

Originally signed up with D CRS out of Saint Louis tied in with toast and the service was excellent. Now that toast has spun away from D CRS we don't have the support that we used to have from our local vendor. We've had several issues with communication and connectivity and have reached out to toast with not very good results and fixing our problem. On. We love the system but the support from Home Office toast has not been the best.

We are about to be up and running on…

We are about to be up and running on Toast, its been a long road. Toast staff are extremely helpful and patent. We have had nothing but good experiences in setting up this process. We are very excited to see how this new system will work, considering we launch tomorrow.

I wish I could give a negative rating

I wish I could give a negative rating, because 1 is even more than they deserve. Where to start, their customer service is absent, you cannot get any answers and never a call back. I have been dealing with them for months on the same problem, and no help has been given. What is that problem, you ask? The problem is as a restaurant, we do a good amount of catering, and customers that pay ahead for orders. When this happens, they will normally do a tip at either delivery or pickup. Too bad my ...
