Onboard person literally spent 5 min…
Onboard person literally spent 5 min and did not do anything regarding my menu. Spoke to 4 people and still no coarse line. Especially since I have toast for two restaurants I never get a callback and get passed around. Horrendous service! Never again.

Restaurant guest here who hates this app
Restaurant guest very annoyed with ToastTab- Cannot log into account, so points are completely worthless. Repeated message that "email will be sent" to verify account. This has gone on for weeks. No email, anywhere. Points wasted. UPDATE: Toast Tab rep has emailed me with perfectly useless information. Claiming my email has never been verified. Toastless
Toastless. Toast worst company I ever contacted & all I was trying to do was confirm gift card delivery for a birthday party. Which they were supposed to notify me when delivered. They DID NOT! Toast service refused to help me restaurant said toast handles online gift cards. Look elsewhere for online gift cards.

I am really not happy with Toast
I am really not happy with Toast. Each time I have an issue it takes me all day to connect with someone, and when you finally do they send you to a different department and you wait again for over and hour. Very bad costumer service. I am now looking for a new POS system. Very Very bad...

Not the best company
This company is not the best. We are currently using them in our restaurant and get connection issues all the time. Sometimes our payments won't go all the way through due to this and we've lost money that they couldn't do anything about. Also, they only cared about setting us up in the beginning. After we paid them for everything, they wouldn't bother to call us and see how everything was going or see if we had any issues which I feel is something a company would do if they genuinely ...
