BEST POS EVER!
Across the board, we find Toast very user-friendly and easy to manipulate. 10 minutes s all it takes for everyone to feel comfortable and look professional helping customers. I love all the versatility we have with Toast.

I've been in the restaurant business over 35 years. This system is by far the most efficient and use friendly system I have used. ITs easier for the staff and less errors in the kitchen which results in happier customers. The quick pay versatility also allows for customers to pay quickly and be on their way and have the table for the next customer.

BEST POS EVER!

Extremely functional service, could use a couple of tweaks for maximum usability
Extremely functional service, just wish that it accounted for its own order-ahead items in tracking average wait times. If an item is ordered to be ready an hour later, I think waiting to complete it shouldn't affect the average wait time. Also would love it if it was easier to track trends on numbers. e.g. comparing a day's sales to our all time high or low, etc.

I love how simple it is to use.
I love how simple it is to use. There are just small minor things that would make all the difference, but hopefully will be added in the future. It's nice that it automatically updates when new things are available.
