Great product
Great communication and help on time when needed. Toast product itself is awesome for my business. I am able to check my labor, sales even when I am out of store.

We have 4 printers and only one works
We have 4 printers and only one works, I am told the cheapest option is to replace them as you have no technicians who can come to site. The support service has consistently been slow and time consuming. My view is once Toast make the sale they have no interest in the customer , to solve a simple issue takes hours on the phone as most support staff are not ptoperly familiar with the product

Overall good, like it better than my old POS
Some hiccups at purchasing and install, but they were mostly resolved in the first few days. Some configuration settings that should exist do not, I am working with the support team and filing tickets for these. I do like the fact that I can do an online chat, or open a ticket, or just call in 24/7 and get a human.

A customer service nightmare
A customer service nightmare I wish I had any pros to list, but unfortunately we did not get far enough along into the process of setting up Toast to process a single payment. Toast's customer service is incompetent at best and predatory at worst. During the discovery and on-boarding phase, Toast promised us many things. I explained our set up in detail before I purchased any equipment from Toast, and was assured that they had a hardware solution for us. When it came time to set up our ...

I have never heard back
I have never heard back from the person who was supposed to call. 1 week later and I am still unsure how to read the Sales Summary Report.

Terrible service and fake promises
Fake promisses and Terrible Customer Services. Lack of effort to help. I was given a 3-months free trial and try to cancel but I was ignored by the sales representative and continued to be charged for services I don't use and they knew I didn't need but convinced me to take the Free Trial for "Don,t worry I will send you the downsell before the cancelletaion day" - I am still waiting!. Having to repeat myself over and over
Having to repeat myself over and over. No one takes notes on toast side about the issues and what was tried previously to resolve it.

Toast is specifically for restaurants and it really does a great job. Easy to use. We love it!
