What makes this a great system is it is…
What makes this a great system is it is well thought out! One Thing I would suggest! There needs to be a training mode for new hires. I think this will be very helpful when doing POS training. Being able to put a new server in training mode will good for both parties.

POS LOcked UpNo Resolution From Toast
I had an issue last week that took hours on the phone and had to talk to 6 different people on the phone to get it resolved. Their support staff is very poorly trained. Today our POS was locked up all day because a wrong login number was used. I called them and spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. It's still down. Was told at 1:30 that they would call me to fix our issue. 5 hours later still no call. Judge for yourself, but in my opinion NCR was significantly better. Stay away.

How to immediately improve your digital hospitality…
Our BBQ restaurants in San Diego switched from Aloha NCR to Toast during the pandemic. Making the switch was the most important move for our entire tech stack and for the digital hospitality we can now provide our guests. One of the most impressive part of switching to Toast is working with leaders in their company who truly care about our success and the industry at large.
