What makes this a great system is it is…

What makes this a great system is it is well thought out! One Thing I would suggest! There needs to be a training mode for new hires. I think this will be very helpful when doing POS training. Being able to put a new server in training mode will good for both parties.

POS LOcked UpNo Resolution From Toast

I had an issue last week that took hours on the phone and had to talk to 6 different people on the phone to get it resolved. Their support staff is very poorly trained. Today our POS was locked up all day because a wrong login number was used. I called them and spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. It's still down. Was told at 1:30 that they would call me to fix our issue. 5 hours later still no call. Judge for yourself, but in my opinion NCR was significantly better. Stay away.
