If you are considering Toast for your restaurant POS as someone that currently uses it I highly recommend you use someone else. There is very little I regret more than using this platform. To be fair their integration with online delivery services is nice. The actual interface is fair. But you as an owner/operator are left on an island and expected to learn almost everything on your own while still operating a restaurant. Billing nightmare

I have been dealing with a mistake in invoicing for 3 weeks. I have chatted via chatbot and via phone. No resolution. I just keep getting comments they need more information but they never ask for any. We are being charged a marketing fee for a new location. If you look at our invoices before December you will not find this $120 charge. Please help.

Toast Payroll - Messed up W2s

Absolutely terrible customer service. You can't speak to a supervisor. We switched to Toast payroll Q2 of 2022. Our employees just received their W2s and Toast incorrectly inputted NH wages and ME or MA (and in some cases both) wages. We need amended W2s for our employees and W3s for our tax accountant. I was supposed to get a phone call on Thursday 2/2 and have been calling/emailing daily and it's 2/7 and I haven't received a call or any sort of reasonable solution. This is the last in a ...

Customer service is painful at times

I love the Toast product and I love the customer service experience I receive when I'm in the process of onboarding, but every customer service experience I've had outside of that has been very disappointing. It's been difficult and frustrating to get respones or help whenever I reach out. I still haven't heard back on a tax document I'm missing and I've reached out in a few different ways.

Incredibly terrible customer service

Incredibly terrible customer service. Both the sales people that were so eager to sell us on the system and are now not available when there are issues. They just shut off our online ordering in the middle of dinner service. We did not request this. We did cancel the QR code monthly charge of $69/month to have and apparently they cancelled the incorrect item. The manager at Toast we spoke with tonight was unable to help us and turn it back on. A toast rep called me AT HOME on my cell phone, claiming to be calling about the most printer issue. When I asked him which one, He of course stated that he did not know. He said he would call back the next day (that would have bee today) but he failed to call. Pizza Fest has more than 325 open complaints against Toast . They are getting further behind since they are not able to fix anything . What a joke these people are. In the meantime, they are destroying my business. Who can recommend ...
