We have had Toast for the last two…
We have had Toast for the last two years. Prior to that we had two other pos services in the prior eight years. Toast is by far the best system, service and price.

No communication process at all
No communication process at all. Sales team give different answers and Toast customer service will give different answers. Please make on your CC process charge. They don’t have their own processing system. Also, they will charge for everything function which is not explained correctly. Once you sign the purchase order, they will only provide standard response that we are working and get back to you soon. I was waiting for my kitchen printer more than 3 months. The system is great...BUT!
The system is great...BUT! Toast should work online and offline completely. When the internet goes down, none of our orders get routed to the KDS,we end up printing out the checks/bills and bringing them to the kitchen. It is very irritating. There then that, it works great. Should have a waiting feature with SMS availability, should be easy to do.

Great product, horrible customer service. Communication is non-existent and support is unorganized and unresponsive.

The Toast team and reps are super… helpful
The Toast team and reps are super competent and helpful. I wish there was a restaurant or another similar business opening I could refer to use your equipment and software, but I haven't bumped into one yet. If I were to run the Toast business, it would look almost exactly like your operations. Thank you for what you do - you make life much easier for someone like me, a startup business with zero background in any POS and payroll and everything that goes along with it! Thank you!
