The only complaint i have is the…Help Desk
The only complaint i have is the helpdesk. Hard to get in contact with, very hard to understand and never able to solve my issues.

Keep going Toast!
We’ve had toast for almost 6 years now. It’s a great systems. My most liked feature from toast is the off line usage. My internet has gone out and we still function per usual. The reason a star is missing is the in ability to swap out old hand held equipment. There’s no insurance on the devices either. The constant updating and reconfiguring is super annoying especially if you have an update during a rush and you have to stop to reconfigure. Apple products would be a plus.

Elliot is an amazing customer service…
Elliot is an amazing customer service sales rep. That’s right both obviously his goal is to get another sale but he does it with compassion and empathy. It’s hard to be good at both.

We have had Toast for the last two…
We have had Toast for the last two years. Prior to that we had two other pos services in the prior eight years. Toast is by far the best system, service and price.

We trust Toast
Toast has been one of our most trusted partners since we opened almost five years ago. I have their support line on speed dial for quick answers on menu creation, check issues, software upgrades, and much more! We would highly recommend Toast to any restaurant looking for a POS system.

The Toast team and reps are super… helpful
The Toast team and reps are super competent and helpful. I wish there was a restaurant or another similar business opening I could refer to use your equipment and software, but I haven't bumped into one yet. If I were to run the Toast business, it would look almost exactly like your operations. Thank you for what you do - you make life much easier for someone like me, a startup business with zero background in any POS and payroll and everything that goes along with it! Thank you!

Warning: Toast POS Support is the WORST in the industry
If you are currently a user of Aloha and are thinking of switching to Toast: Warning!!!! We can NEVER get through to a qualified, knowledgable customer support person at Toast. It is relatively easy to ge someone on the phone who has a script in front of them who can handle only the most basic of things. Each time, they ask us the same questions, then tell us they can't help us and they will submit a ticket for us for higher level support, and that someone will email us to help. We've asked ...
