The best POS system out there, easy to use and great programs to pay out your equipment. I am really happy that I changed to Toast!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE WON'T CALL YOU BACK
I have a second location that went live with Toast in September 2022. Though, the system and menu work great, I'm having serious issues getting my monthly invoices corrected. Again, this has been going on for 6 months. First, the administrator that helped install, sent extra monitors and handhelds that we never ordered. I have been charged monthly fees for all the equipment and no one wants to help me fix this. Everytime I get assigned a number, the case is closed and I have to call back ...

Coming from a horror story with another…
Coming from a horror story with another POS provider. Toast gave me peace of mind. Being able to have all services needed in one place have been amazing. On the other hand, customer servicer needs attention. I am not generalizing. Not all are new employees but training needs to be equal for all of them.

I really love the Weekly Reports
I really love the "Weekly Report" emails that break down my daily sales and number of customers. This allows me to set goals for my store and also with this information I can project next month sales. The more I explore TOAST reports and capabilities the more excited I am that have this system. Staff has been more than helpful in answering my questions honestly and efficiently.

6 months and going strong!
