"It's Okay for Simple Menus, Not the Best for Intricate Menus."

What do you like best about toasttab.com? I liked the backend as it's pretty easy to use and find certain things if you've gone through their course. They also seem to have a lot of different integrations and items that they are always adding.

Toast Payroll has been really, really bad.

We signed up for Toast Payroll. It’s been the single most detrimental decision our company has made. I would give it zero stars. The setup was horrible. They applied taxes that don’t apply to us. There was no review of taxes before running payroll. You can’t do a dry run of payroll to make sure everything is correct. Any mistakes can only be corrected on the next run of payroll, which makes employees lose faith in their employer. It has been really bad for us. The Toast POS is good, which I ...

Anytime I talk to somebody on the phone…

Anytime I talk to somebody on the phone they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Also can’t get near the reporting info I need everything exports to excel with all these other columns I have to delete.

Toast has been the best PoS we have…

Toast has been the best PoS we have used so far, after filtering through a few. It has powerful reporting tools, also a fantastic ability to find tickets and issue refunds when the need arises. 10/10 experience over our previous PoS. We have been using Toast since 11-22, and have not regretted a second of it. Menus are intuitive, swap over is super easy and their team is fantastic to work with.
