I want to give them 0 star When you called customer service, they took note on case number with sweet talk, but nobody care to help with problem. If other locations that I own did not use Toast system I will never continue with them. I wish I never bought any equipments from them. Worst onboarding team ,sale and customer service. Over all everything has been great
Over all everything has been great. I took away 1 star because the one time I had to call CS in a panic I could not understand the gentleman on the other end. This issue was finally resolved but I should not to have work through a language barrier to get there

"Branding & Marketing Agency Who Refers Clients To Toast"
What do you like best about toasttab.com? I like that it is easy for online order and ties directly into the POS for clients. I also like the ease at which it can be used on site for my clients. I feel that the reservations beta seems to work well and our clients continue to be happy with the software as a whole.

On boarding process
Customer Service is amazing. They always try to help with any issue. Unfortunately, on boarding was very painful for us. We had menu review and suggested changes for two stores but they lost those suggestions when we opened one of the stores. Then menus looked different on both menus. We carried out those issues until now just because on boarding process was very bad.

I had a problem with the platform
I had a problem with the platform. My delivery order was not communicated properly to the restaurant and they told me it was a pickup order and to come and get it. Needless to say, I couldn’t in the middle of a work day and got no support from Toast.

Don't depend on support for help!
First off, I gotta say it was the best POS I have had in 33 years. Without good support it cannot continue. Rarely do I get an answer and many times I do not understand them. I speak English and some French. The other day I asked how tips get distributed if the server leaves them open at the end of the shift. I was transferred to 5 people, and it ended with a case number that was never resolved. I rarely get a case solved with either POS or Payroll and have to be put on hold every time ...

Toast has absolutely zero support
Toast has absolutely zero support. When you can not get any answers and you contact the sales and you onboarding coordinator they simply ignore you. We went live with toast on 2/20/23. To date we have not gotten a correct close of day. Toast ignores our requests and so we remain with what is still an improperly programmed, useless expensive pos that they expect me to pay an exorbitant amount of money for every month.
