"ToastTab predatory practices"

What do you like best about toasttab.com? Initially on paper, ToastTab is that solution for restaurant operators that the doctor ordered, however, buyer should be aware this companies ethics are suspect at best.

I enjoy using toast

I enjoy using toast, however, the back-end customer support with their equipment is lacking in customer care/concern. Equipment is not top notch and it is difficult get replacements.

Support has become terrible Intragrations are king door dash grub etc Xtra chef contains a lot of work with no support unexperienced once pay for toast and xtra support goes away Nobody checks up on you to see how things are going

The representative was helpful

The representative was helpful, patient, and friendly. He was not able to fully resolve my issue (otherwise it would have been 5 star rating), he did point me to the onboarding consultant that should be able to fix it.
