There were a few bugs getting started…
There were a few bugs getting started getting the wrong equipment payment coming out of my checking account instead of my credit card like I requested but after it was set up, modifying my menu and the ease of operation and having all my third online party ordering integrated has been so helpful

"Toast is a great product but you need to be a Colonizer"
What do you like best about toasttab.com? The potential and open configuration. Almost being a universal outlet that can accept all resources. What I mean by this is there are a lot of integations and other software components that work really well with it but you really need to have a good grasp of the Toast system and the backbone or basic build of the system to make sure you dont run into issues.

zero customer service.
zero customer service. we hooked you up with 2 other restaurants over a year ago and have not received payment, yet we continually get emails begging us to recommend more restaurants. not happening. we also had an evening several months ago where we still have not received our credit card payments. we are about to file a police report.
