There is not an option for ZERO stars…
There is not an option for ZERO stars or that is what I would have given them! I have called Toast customer service twice TODAY. Zero answers, another escalation, another case number and NO One to talk to. This is not what I was sold and if I were not in so deep with them I would FIRE!!!! them now. My only recourse is to leave there reviews EVERYWHERE I can. I have tried to work with them and it is always left to the customer. NO ONE will look at an account holistically and nothing is done ...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Their system is easy to use but their customer service is AWFUL! They took my phone number, to call back in case anything happens, instead of a call back I got an email with their phone number! I already waited 30 minutes, now you want me to wait again?

Excellent Service
The customer service we received from Tyler Garza was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure that our system was 100% operational before the start of our event. I would definitely recommend him to any new vendor looking to work with Toast.
