Intelligent software, reporting, backend office.
They must have staff that knows how to run a food business, to direct the coders to write software that really works accurately, effectively and tailored to the food business. Toast has helped me learn how to run my POS. They are accessible, knowledgeable, quick to solve any problem. Easy to use.

We have had TOAST for about 8 months…
We have had TOAST for about 8 months now. We are very happy with it. It is so much easier to use than our old POS. I especially like that you can get any report on your phone. I would recommend this system to anyone that wants a great POS that does it all. Thanks

From start to installation to continued…
From start to installation to continued use, Toast is by far the BEST POS I have ever used. I have used just about every single one of their competitors in my 20+ years of my career. Toast cares. It is so user friendly that training staff is simple. I get any and every report I need for my restaurant to function on all cylinders. Strong POS UE, lacking back end options
Strong POS UE, lacking back end options I love the clouded platform that allows for instant changes from anywhere. The UE is very nice and easy to use. Things I've been disappointed in are: Reporting, lacks accuracy and options Offline mode extremely limits abilities of the restaurant Rewards and Gift Card management is very sub-par on the back end

This is a great product
This is a great product, easy to use and staff love it. However there are a few basic's missing that should be there. Also the reports are not as dynamic as we were use to.
