Toast was a great choice!
Toast was a great choice! Both our staff and guests have been thrilled with the switch! Our reports are more accurate, and we are able make modifications easier than our old POS.

Great Upgrade
The hardware is immensely helpful with server productivity overall. We had a lot of issues with connectivity at our restaurant and installed access points to no avail. We ended up having to completely upgrade our WiFi after 2 weeks of issues connecting the toast devices even though initial toast testing said that we had enough speed. The software is constantly improving but we really enjoy it. Having access to sales, checks, menus, labor reports etc makes it so much easier to keep things ...

Best Cloud Based Software
Toast is by far the best cloud based POS system out there. It is intuitive to install and to use. It has helped steam-line work flow across all our departments. Their relationship with 3rd party software is extremely useful as well.

It took 3 months and several phone…
It took 3 months and several phone calls to order replacement card readers for our tablets. I was told by more than one rep, that they were ordered and on their way - when in fact they weren't. My readers were, of course, out of warranty - so to replace them, I needed to buy new ones, which I would have gladly done had someone told me that. But, instead of telling me, they just cancelled the order .... over and over again. When I was finally told I'd need to purchase new ones, it took a ...

Great POS
Of all the POS I've used in the past ten yeas of food service, Toast stands alone as the only one that is intuitive, easy to change and has almost everything I need for use. I highly recommend it.
