it’s got a lots of great fractures that makes it user friendly, but there is no a good tip sharing system for our restaurant type at least. Also we suffer a lot with the handlhelds both the Samsung and the toast go not connecting properly to the credit card reader. Overall we are happy but wish for some standard features that we had with our old traditional POS.

Great POS platform but avoid bogus referral incentive

Performance of software and hardware has been excellent, and support, both on-line and with representatives, has been great. The 3 star rating is for the total lack of response I have had to several requests regarding Toast’s $1000 incentive for referring new Toast clients. Seems bogus to me at this point, and makes me unlikely to take the time to recommend Toast to anyone in the future.

We switched to Toast in May 2018

We switched to Toast in May 2018. Best decision as our previous POS was a nightmare. Toast knows the restaurant business. Toast has great customer support, is intuitive to use and has great reporting features. Highly recommend Toast!

Excellent system

Excellent system! We have this system in all our stores and it is very stable and easy to work with. No complaint about it or the service which is always helpful and friendly.
