Toast has improved our service staff
Toast has improved our service staff, customer experience and cost of sales dramatically. Our staff finds it easy to use. They are more efficient by placing the order at the table rather than wasting time waiting for a terminal to be available. Servers are prompted as they go through the order at the table with the customers on what to ask rather than guessing or having to return to the table. Great system
Great system. The company is very responsive. They will fix most anything very quickly. Great customer service. System rarely goes down and there are very few glitches.

The TOAST platform is great and…
The TOAST platform is great and customer service is nearly great, everyone does and tries their best with a growing company. I’m very satisfied with all the attention I get from customer service and how well the platform performs compared to anything else. I know you will continue to grow and improve

There really is not a good interface
There really is not a good interface. And while data is collected, it often is not in a form that is helpful. Would love an opportunity to offer assistance in developing something both more user friendly and Restaurant helpful

Would not recommend
Tip pooling algorithm is poor. Customer service is poor. Customer services knowledge of the system and the way tip pooling works is poor. Features on the system are lacking such as abity to start tabs when offline, sign on screen feature not relaying the total remaining after swiping gift certificates, and hardware breaks down even when brand new. Serious lack of response from the Toast team when issues are brought to light.

Great!
Toast has been a great, user friendly platform for us. There have been a few instances where responses from Customer Service have not been handled as quickly as I'd like, which is the reason for 4 stars. Overall, I've had a positive experience. I also appreciate that they look out for their staff and treat them like family, especially in light of recent times.
