The Reporting!
The Hardware is on point. (+1Star) The Software is easy for shallow back end management such as menu changes and pricing. (+ 1 Star) The support system is miles ahead of Aloha, R Power and Micros ( +1 Star). Lets talk about the reporting! ( -2 stars) Reports are not customizable which means you get to know piles of useless data before anything actionable. Very Happy Customer
I am very pleased with my Toast POS for my bar. I have no complaints, have had no issues and I really like being able to log onto the POS from my laptop at home.

Super pumped about Toast.
Super pumped about Toast. I’ve worked with many different POS systems over the years and find this one to be the best value and most efficient. I do wish there was more ability to print easy daily reports from the actual server terminals, so we could just print a quick liquor “p-mix” daily at the terminal! Also wish check numbers were 4 digits instead of starting at 0, because they’re too easy to confuse with table #’s

I love my new Toast System
I love my new Toast System. Sarah & Tracy were absolutely awesome to work with!!! I wish I would have found this p.o.s sooner!!! My food comes out of the kitchen faster, the customers love the loyalty program, and I have less paperwork to do on a daily basis.
