Best in over 30 years.

In over 30 years in this business Toast is the best POS system I have had. Eric Oliver was great at sales and making sure we were set up. They are always coming out with new updates and the API's are great. The onboarding was a little bumpy and the set up could have been a little smoother but we were in a hurry. Toast Support maybe the worst of the…

Toast Support maybe the worst of the industry. Unable to correct simple calculation errors is very unbecoming of a technology company. The same issue gets rerouted every single time so you're explaining the same problem 5 times to 5 different people and each person has no clue what has been done previously.

Easy to Use - Customer Support could be better

The reports on Toast make it easy to check on how things are going day-to-day. The application runs slow lately. When getting started our data was not ported over from the previous business on time. It was lucky that my partner has tech experience and could quickly get so someone who could understand and do something. Toast has been inconsistent

Toast has been inconsistent. Sometimes orders rung in properly show up incorrectly in the kitchen. Also, updates are done way too frequently & at the peak of lunch or dinner rush. The systems lose connection & don't go through when they should. Also, when updates need to be done, all individual monitors & handhelds for the entire restaurant have to be turned off & restarted individually sometimes two to three times before working properly & it is too time consuming & things get lost in the ...

Great Company, Solution and Support!

I have Toast in 3 locations. For my job I'm in the POS industry on the retail side, so i'm pretty well versed in the technology, card processing and the installation side. What I look for in a company is support. Their customer service has been top notch on all sides (sales, account management and support.)I would highly recommend working with Toast and trusting them to supply the technology to run and manage your business.

I was new on the business and didn’t realize how expensive toast was until I talk to other restaurant Owener my lesson has been learned do research before commuting to a two year contract that hopefully it won’t be painful to get out of it

Toast Support Team goes the extra mile

I've been working with various software support groups for 40 years. The Toast support team is always upbeat, supportive and goes the extra mile without ever being asked. Couldn't be happier with the support I've gotten.
