My experience with ToastTab
I tried multiple attempts to get in contact with ToastTab. Both by email and also by calling their hotline. Voicemails were ignored and emails were never answered. It should not be this difficult to get in contact with a company. The customer service experience should be easy and the experience should be positive and friendly. This was unfortunately not the case with ToastTab. Nobody called me back, nobody followed-up.

Toast is very good
Toast is very good. There are many features other P.O.S. systems don't have that stand out. Quick edits. Instant Refresh. Ease of use. Like most things it could use some updates in the software. Device specific menu offerings. The menu implementation was very difficult. All that being said I'm glad we chose Toast and would reccomend to anyone.

What do you like best? Was easy to use once all computers were customized to our liking & usage. Design of system was chic.

Excellent system
Excellent system and delivery of initial setup. The support staff needs more restaurant experience of how different kitchens work as this is where they fall short.

Most information was helpful and honest. Still needs a little improvement with customer service with some individuals. I love the cloud based system where I can get to reports from anywhere!

"No Tip" auto-populates so if a…
"No Tip" auto-populates so if a customer is not focused they may not leave a tip before they complete the transacrion. Then they end of requesting the check be reopened by a manager. This is a change from a previous update. No tip anount should populate allowing the customer to have to decide.
