I never knew that a restaurant point of sale system could be so useful. I have been using Micros for the better part of the 20 years I have been in the industry and Toast was like salvation. It is so lightweight and functional. The analytics are amazing. The user interface is clean and accessible. Everything is designed from the ground up to be thoughtful and useful. It is a great system and I could not be happier with it.

Dependable

Always helpful. I’ve never had a situation they couldn’t resolve.

So far the system is working well. I need to spend more time int he Toast University so I can better use the system.

I use to be in the POS business and am now a restaurateur. Have used both Aloha and Lavu prior to migrating to Toast. Toast has the power of Aloha with the low cost of Lavu. Software is fantastic. Very stable. Very fast. Easy to learn. My staff gave very little push back on the new system. Even my older generation staff love the handhelds. I would strongly encourage those shopping systems to put Toast at the top of your list. Only reason I did not give 5 Stars is that it seems that they are ...

Great company. The support has been top notch and have been available when needed. They ease you in to the transition.
