Great company with intelligent helpful…
Great company with intelligent helpful people. We used Micros for 36 years and switching to Toast was a game changer for us. So much easier to train and all programming and information at your fingertips. Toast is a 10!

Overall a good product
Overall a good product. Not loving the payroll reporting - too much detail per employee makes the reports too too many pages. Requesting a true summary report.

I was shocked that after all the…
I was shocked that after all the expense of buying equipment, that there wasn't a back up ink or paper as a courtesy. I was sent a receipt printer with ink that lasted a week. I tried to buy correct ink but was sent incorrect information for wrong printer. And there are no instructions on equipment or sent with ink. I have had equipment for one month and still can't use it.
