Wonderful time and billing software

What do you like best? Easy to use. Billing process is super fast. Mobile and desktop apps. Quickbooks sync. What do you dislike? The way payments are allocated to specific invoices could be streamlined. Trust accounting is not helpful in how it is implemented. What do you like best? The ease of access, ability to create entries remotely and ease of to make invoices. What do you dislike? I do not understand how contacts work for clients. Good but could be better

What do you like best? Easy to use. Easy to track time and generate bills. I haven't found anything better for the price. What do you dislike? I have been asking for years for the following things, and they haven't done them yet: 1) Ability to apply payment to specific things, like costs only or fees only. We frequently have clients who are contingency and they pay costs. It becomes hard to track what they've paid and what they owe because the payments just get applied by ...

What do you like best? Simple, fairly intuitive, does pretty much everything you woul dhope it would do. Also, cost effective. What do you dislike? Not terribly flexible; for example, we weren't able to bill 2x clients in shares for the same task. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were looking to account for our time initially v billing for our time. It assisted to a great extent.

What do you like best? The timekeeping function is great and helps me keep track of all my time. I like how easy it is to track my monthly billing. What do you dislike? I wish the billing templates could be customized. The trust accounting on the flex template can be confusing to the client.
