Great product for billing and conflict checks
What do you like best? It is very streamlined. easy to find what I need, enter a time entry or a new client, and one tap to sync the app to my online account. I've had a hard time with other time tracking systems because they are clunky and take too long to enter information. This is not the case with TimeSolv. The dashboard and tabs are laid out well and it's overall a really easy system to navigate and use. It has definitely paid for itself in catching time that I previously lost. ...

Just switched over and love it
What do you like best? Love the ease of time entry and doing reports What do you dislike? I love everything about TimeSolv - we have been able to adapt it to our needs through their team Recommendations to others considering the product: definitely a product to use for a small law firm What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? We did not like anything about the producr What do you dislike? We found it not user friendly or flexible and it did not suit our needs in any way. Easy to use software and excellent customer support.
What do you like best? The software is very easy to use and when you are new to the program they make sure you fully understand how it all works by providing online training. If you ever have a question on issue they are quick to respond with help and answers. What do you dislike? I have yet to discover something that I don't like about TimeSolv. Outstanding service
What do you like best? Their customer service is prompt and helpful. When you call, you reach a person usually, or they call you right back. They are continually updating the product with useful content, often based on customer suggestions. Program is easy to learn. What do you dislike? Great for a small business
What do you like best? Tracks my time and automatically logs it to the assigned client and project, but I can edit it at any time. I love the desktop widget for tracking time as I work rather than having to do so via in the system via my browser. Great to be able to preview invoices with a click. I LOVE the support. Stellar Time Management Software
What do you like best? The ease of flow from draft invoice to final. What do you dislike? I dislike the set up for entering a new matter. It's very complicated. I also do not like that often customer service is not available to help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For a small law firm, TimeSolv is a solve for its low price, accessibility, and simplicity.

Easy to use, but doesn't play well with others
What do you like best? The search functions are strong, it is easy to create invoices and track payments. What do you dislike? IT would be useful to be able to export data to other applications. Also, there is no way to preview the final invoice, and there is no way to edit and save an invoice after it is "sent." What problems are you solving with the product? Very good experience with Timesolv
What do you like best? Easy to Navigate site, easy application to use and easy to figure things out. What do you dislike? I feel that the way you look up matters and clients should also include a date range versus just client names. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to record time, create invoices and issue the same to our clients.
