What do you like best? The best thing about it is how user-friendly it is. What do you dislike? Drop down menus often move the whole webpage and you have to scroll up to continue. Much Better than using a pen and paper

What do you like best? I can immediately input client time from any device and anywhere I may be. It is made capturing time a breeze. What do you dislike? I really have no particular dislikes. Not Good, Don't Get

What do you like best? Nothing... at all. Nothing, Nada, Zilch, Zero. What do you dislike? Inflexible, not user friendly, and incredibly stupid. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't. Don't even consider it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It created more problems than solved. The benefit of changing billing softwares.

This product is easy to use and offers excellent billing options

What do you like best? It's easy to use, and I like the way I can add private notes for my file, that don't show up on the bill, but are available if there is any question. I also like the way I can update entries, either on the calendar directly, or from the bill (which also updates the calendar). Also like the timer. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's easy of use and also the fact that it is very robust on all that it can do. What do you dislike? I don't have a real dislike. I find the program to be excellent in all aspects. Just right for me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time keeping for purposes of billing clients.

What do you like best? I love how easy everything is to use. I've used other programs for billing before and this cuts out a lot of steps. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to save discounts on individual clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
