Great Economical product
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The way it keeps track of time by client during the month. The use of the Sync app to record time without having to open the full program. the ability to use it anywhere. A great and economical time keeping product
What do you like best? The ability to use it from anywhere, the price, the appearance of the invoices and the ease of creating and sending invoices. What do you dislike? Satisfactory and user friendly
What do you like best? I like the user friendly navigation throughout the site, the preview feature in the draft invoices, and the numerous options for downloading an invoice into different forms. What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of connectability to accounting software, the sync feature is fine but improvements can be made so that it syncs better. Awesome Billing Option
What do you like best? I like it's cloud storage which saves a lot of space on the office PC. It also ensures sustainability of the data. It is perfect for billing. What do you dislike? Easy to learn, easy to use
What do you like best? The software is an excellent solution for a small firm that does hourly billing. What do you dislike? Nothing specific at the moment as I am still learning the program What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need to do monthly billing of fees and costs on defense cases and keep track of costs on plaintiff contingency cases

Rude and unprofessional support staff
What do you like best? Nothing about this software is exceptional. The support staff is incompetent and rude. There is nothing this product provides that you can't find somewhere else. My advice is to take a hard pass. What do you dislike? The platform is mediocre at best. But, what makes it a horrible product is the support service. We worked with Tiann Stout to provide a demonstration during our free trial period. She was rude, unprofessional and incompetent. She apparently knows ...
