Excellent Product

What do you like best? It is very easy to learn to use. It is very user friendly. Highly recommend it. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I don't like about this product. Recommendations to others considering the product: I highly recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to keep track of my time on a daily basis. I also use it to send out invoices and keep track of payments.

Excellent product with even better customer service.

What do you like best? I love the easy way to track time in timesolv. Customer service is excellent - with hands on guidance on the phone or connecting to my computer remotely - their staff always understands my issue and helps me find a resolution. And they are conveniently available whenever I've needed them, even at night or on the weekends. The reports it generates are better than any I've seen before. Love it. After a short period of learning the program, it is easy. If you need help, they ALWAYS get back to you quickly and answers all your questions. Reasonable priced as well. Other programs are far more expensive than this.

What do you like best? Once I went through the intro training, all my time & billing and A/R and trust account needs were easily implemented and updates and the system was very easy to use. Best of all, TimeSolv's customer support - especially Gigi - is practically on demand and always most helpful with any technical assistance. only complaint is that there are some features on the invoicing side that are deep in the program and almost impossible to find/edit without help. That said, I always get help when I need it in a very timely fashion.
