What do you like best? I love the ease of use. Being able to leave notes directly on the clients file is a plus. Also having multiple fields for information. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The program is user-friendly, clear, and structured. There are a great variety of possibilities for the layout of invoices. It is cloud-based, so anyone can enter time and expenses from any computer or phone; a desktop widget helps to enter time quickly during the workday. Best of all is the customer service at TimeSolv. As I learn to use the product in modify it to my use to my job and what I'm doing it gets better and better few features that would be nice but I think they're actually being worked on thank you

Very easy to use and invoice from. The team seems committed to incorporating suggestions which is a plus as well.

Great software

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's web-based, so anyone on a PC or a Mac can use it from pretty much anywhere. It's intuitive, so there isn't a big learning curve. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The retainer feature seems underdeveloped, and doesn't track accounting-wise with what we actually do with retainers -- but we've found a work-around. Intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best? This software is intuitive, so all of our attorneys can use it easily. It's also web-based, so you can use it on a Mac or a PC. What do you dislike? There are a couple of reports that don't do what I'd like them to do. My colleague requested a new report based on what would be useful to us, and our contact said that they'd take our feedback into account. I'm also not a fan of the retainer function, which does not reflect what we do with retainers, ...

I am pleased with Timesolv

I am quite happy with this product but I think it could use a couple of more features. Using it with the cloud is great. Also, the mobile app for keeping track of time that sends the data seamlessly to the cloud where the main records kept is excellent. The software that sends out the invoices by email also works well. I would like to see the ability to create custom reports from the data stored. I plan to use this software for the foreseeable future.

Made switching programs worth it.

What do you like best? We just switched our law firm over to TimeSolv and are so glad we did. It's very intuitive so everyone learned the system extremely quickly (even our oldest and least technologically savvy attorneys) and our billing process goes so much more quickly and easily than it previously did. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Abbreviations make timekeeping simple and fast. The reports are second to none. What aspects are problematic or could work better? When changing sub-activity codes in duplicate time entries, the text in the description should update accordingly. What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
