What do you like best? I looked at several practice software companies when I was trying to decide who to go with. Timesolv was suggested to me by a friend and it is the best web based practice software I found and gave me the best bang for my buck. Makes It Easy to Do What I Need It to Do

What do you like best? This program does exactly what I need it to do. Customer service has been great; whenever I've had a question I couldn't answer using online help, a representative has helped me figure it out. I used trial versions of some other time & billing software before committing to TimeSolv, and none of them did what I needed them to do, regardless of how "sexy" their interfaces. Helpful but rough

It has been useful for simplifying the invoicing process. But the UX is really clunky and the company doesn't appear interested in making simple upgrades (like adding color to more easily identify the active timer, or allowing users to view timers based on which was most recently used as opposed to alphabetically, or enabling a default so that timer will start when created instead of requiring user to also choose that each time). What do you like best? The program is relatively easy to use and is cost effective for small practices. Customer service is really great with answering all your questions and they have lots of videos to help you. What do you dislike? My overall experience with TimeSolv is very positive.

What do you like best? The billing and time system is very simplified, predictable and cloud-based, we have reduced our time to reduce time and we have made the system based on the cloud and accessible from outside our office. I love the application for iPhone, Android, the billing is simple and time-sensitive with no additional fees for the administration of the personnel who consult the database or enter the time of the accused professionals. It does not have any built-in reminders…

It does not have any way to program reminders for court filing dates and times or any way to have a tickler option. Most software that deals with the legal profession should have an option to do this.

Intuitive and economical time keeping and billing

TimeSolv has been a lifesaver. We used to prepare our bills manually and always made mistakes. TimeSolv is affordable, very user-friendly, and we love the phone app. Customer support is excellent. Easy to make edits to draft invoices. Being able to email bills directly from the program is great.
